Ways to team up

Every collaboration is built around your space, your people and the community. Here’s where most start.

  • Host a community night - Open your café, brewery, theater, or venue for an ASL-friendly fundraiser night, bingo, Deaf performers, art showcases, and more.

  • Create an accessible experience - Work with us on ASL-accessible shows, tours, park days, and visits, and we will help you reach Deaf and hard-of-hearing guests across Florida.

  • Support our programs - Sponsor an ASL Sports Night, a fundraiser, or give in-kind raffle prizes, space, printing, or services.

  • Engage your team - Bring Deaf culture and ASL to your workspace, employee network, or volunteer day, led by Deaf presenters from our community.

What we bring to the table

Deaf Florida, Inc. is a statewide 501(c)(3) serving the Deaf, hard-of-hearing, DeafBlind, late-deafened and signing community. When you team up with us, the community is at hte center, not on the sidelines.

  • Deaf-led, from planning to the stage - Deaf performers, Ambassadors, and hosts lead every experience we create.

  • Qualified interpreters - We work with FRID and RID/BEI-certified interpreters, which protects your brand and serves the community well.

  • A statewide community - Our Ambassadors, email list, and social channels reach Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Orlando, and beyond.

  • We share the story - We post event videos and recaps and tag the organization that made it happen
